1. About these terms

EcoFit UK is an online marketplace that connects homeowners and businesses ("Customers") with EV charger installation professionals ("Installers"). By using this website you agree to be bound by these terms once they are finalised.

2. The service

EcoFit UK facilitates introductions between Customers and Installers. We are not party to any contract between a Customer and an Installer, and we are not liable for the quality of any installation work carried out.

3. Installer accounts

Installers create profiles and purchase credits to reveal customer contact details. Credits are non-refundable once used. Installers are responsible for ensuring they hold all necessary qualifications, certifications and insurance required by law.

4. Customer data

Customer contact details are shared with Installers only after the Installer spends a credit to reveal them. Customers can request deletion of their data at any time by emailing [email protected].

5. Payments and refunds

All prices are listed in GBP and include VAT where applicable. Unused credits and subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by consumer law. If you believe you have been charged in error, please contact us within 14 days.
