    We had an email saying that Premier could do other small jobs in addition to a boiler service- we had a simple tap replacement where we bought the tap (max 30 minutes work), and it cost £250 - excessive; recommend to avoid for the small jobs.

    Excellent service and good value - working on the hottest day of the year, Chris and the guys did a fabulous job despite the heat - the electrics caused an initial concern but the electrician was brilliant - no panic, we’ll solve it, no problem - it was solved on time all working well - Thank you - would and will thoroughly recommend. Great company.

    Bank holiday weekend, baking hot and George came out to resolve the air conditioning issues. He wouldn’t leave until the problem was solved. Fantastic service …

    The staff on the ground in the vans are great and work hard. James was polite, a good worker and had great communication. Sadly the same cannot be said for the office operations. I had the (free) club membership after an install last year but still had to remind Premier of my service and had the appointment cancelled twice at short notice, once on the day of the job. I don't have the luxury of working from home so it became a real issue for me and is the reason I am no longer part of their boiler service plan.

    Steve came out to sort out the problems we were having with our boiler. He was very knowledgeable, immediately identified the problems and had the required parts in his van. While he was here we spoke to him about the issues we had with the toilet. Although not called out for the toilet, he quickly sent a quote to fix both jobs to our landlord and was given the go ahead. Both our problems were fixed in one morning. We received excellent service from Steve who really went the extra mile for us.

    Steve came to look at my shower. It took quite a long time for hot water to come through. After he checked it and adjusted a few things it is working so much better now.
