  Liam and his team are amazing, they did a great job installing our new heat pump and took out the gas boiler. They came prepared every day, arrived on time and James stayed late one day to be 100% sure the system would be able to hear the house overnight. This was very important as we have two young kids. They were very clean, taking care of not making anything dirty inside the house. We totally recommend them!

  DEX Renewables were prompt, efficient, friendly, knowledgeable & professional, in all areas when installing the Heat Pump & cylinder. They were tidy and cleaned up daily. The installed system is working very well. A big thank you to Liam, James & Simon. On completion I was given a small gift basket containing locally sourced food items, which was a wonderful surprise.

  Have had a heat pump installed by DEX Renewables (via Heatgeek) and we were really impressed from start to finish. The process starts with a heat loss survey and Liam took into account all of our needs, we wanted to get the flow temperature as low as possible so this factored into the design. Once designed we had a fairly short wait from the DNO to get approval and then Liam returned with Ed to install most of the radiators during week 1. In week 2 James and Simon installed the heat pump, water tank, plumbing, etc and then any snagging was completed on the Friday. Followed by Nathan and Liam coming back the third week as we asked for the remaining radiators in the house to be changed out too. Overall, we're really happy with the install, the team are really friendly and happy to answer questions and walk you through anything you need as they progress through the installation. They've done a really clean job and now the temps have started to drop we're getting to use the heating which is working perfectly - It's very bizarre the radiators feeling cool to the touch, but the house is a really comfortable 21 degrees constantly which was fantastic. Would highly recommend DEX Renewables to anyone!

  DEX Renewables replaced our old hot water cylinder with a new unvented system to allow us to maximise the benefits of our ASHP installation. The work was completed in the agreed timescale and to a very high standard of workmanship. They took care to ensure that our recently laid carpets were protected and left everything clean and tidy at the end of the working day. On completion, our system was optimised to ensure maximum efficiency. We would highly recommend DEX Renewables and we will continue to work with them going forward.

  I am absolutely thrilled with the recent air source heat pump installation completed by Dex Renewables! From start to finish, the entire process was seamless and highly professional. The team was incredibly knowledgeable, patiently answering all my questions and helping me choose the perfect system for my home. A tailored design survey had the team moving radiators to different positions in rooms, complete accurate heat loss calculations room by room and a redesign and resizing of my pipework to a more efficient design. The installation itself was efficient, clean, and minimally disruptive (considering floors had to come up for the works). I never lost access to any of the rooms and the guys worked around the family plans, leaving the house in a safe condition at the end of everyday/weekend. The technicians were clearly experts in their field, ensuring everything was set up perfectly and explaining how to use the new system effectively. Since the installation, my home has been consistently comfortable, and I've already noticed a positive change in my energy bills. It's fantastic to know I'm contributing to a greener future while enjoying a more efficient and comfortable home. I highly recommend Dex Renewables to anyone considering an air source heat pump. Their exceptional service, expertise, and dedication to customer satisfaction truly set them apart. The aftercare has also been exceptional.   Clear, pragmatic, honest advice from someone who clearly knows what he's talking about (which isn't always the case in the renewable industry, we'd found!); Liam patiently listened to what we wanted to do; even more patiently explained why it possibly wasn't the best or most viable option for us (despite the obvious fact that it would have been a far more lucrative proposal for Dex Renewables!); took time to answer all my questions, most of which would no doubt have seemed like bloody silly questions to an expert like Liam, yet he never once made me feel patronised or stupid (Liam has an ability to explain complicated processes in an easy-to-understand way, which is a great skill and is normally - in my experience - the sign that someone thoroughly knows and understands his subject). After understanding why a heat-pump wasn't right for us, we had some great advice from them on chosing a more traditional (but still way more efficient than our previous) boiler, which Liam and his people subsequently fitted - on time, on budget and with minimum disruption; they cleared up after themselves and were polite, helpful & friendly throughout (particular mention for James, a pleasure to have working in our home). Since then, we've also used Dex Renewables to replace some radiators; to come and stop a water leak from another old part of our plumbing system; and recommended them to friends and family, all of whom have been equally impressed with their service. First time Liam arrived here, I thought he's surely too young to be the renewables expert I was hoping for; how wrong I was. For anyone considering having a heat pump, solar panels, storage batteries, etc installed - or if you've already had them installed and you're not seeing the efficiencies you expected (and were likely promised!), speak to Liam at Dex Renewables - you won't be disappointed.

  From initial conversation, to heat loss survey, to final installation we've been incredibly impressed with the knowledge, skill and professionalism of the DEX team. Liam answered all our questions with patience and detail before we committed to the project and now Liam,James and Simon have completed an outstanding install in our home, working around other projects and trades to deliver a super tidy retrofit heat pump system.   Great company, great customer service. Dex Renewable are an excellent company, they conducted some retrograde repairs to a previous air source heat pump install... just wish they had gone the original install. Liam and James are very personable and are responsive to customer service needs. Will use again and happy to recommend. April 2025.
