  Jack and Luke visited today to fix a leak under the shower and a leaking kitchen tap. Professional throughout and clear in explaining the work - it was obvious they were experienced. Everything is now working properly, and they tidied up before leaving, which I appreciated. Very happy with the result and would happily use them again, as well as recommend them to others.

  Changing our very old boiler Of over 30 years was a pretty daunting task, and something we had put off for quite some time. Joe came to look at our system and asked what we needed in terms of heat and water, and came back with a solution he said would work for us. It was a big job to remove the “ancient” System! From the moment, they arrived, all Our Carpets and floors were protected. They quickly and efficiently removed water tanks from the loft, Water cylinder, pump and the ancient boiler and installed a new Combi boiler. Their work was neat, tidy and they took everything away when they had finished. I was aware our old system was hanging on, but I cannot believe the transformation in our home. The house is warmer and the controls so easy to use. I wish we had the courage to do this earlier. If you have a boiler that needs replacing, & want to choose somebody you can trust, I have no hesitation in recommending Joe and his team. Thank you so much !

  Our boiler was temperamental so we called Tom at PHT, he came out the same day to see what was wrong. He advised us to get a new boiler with our old one being 15+ years old, and he installed it the following week, efficient, tidy and a great attitude. We decided we wanted to change some radiators whilst tom was here, so he sized them and ordered them and he was here the following week to install them. Very knowledgeable and takes pride in his work. I would highly recommend, 10/10.

  I used PHT Solutions to overhaul and install my brand new bathroom suite which included all the tiling, plumbing, vanity, bath & shower. Then Tom came back to also install a new boiler to replace the old back boiler. Professional, good communication, good value for money. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

  Fantastic service and very competitive price - Tom the plumber couldn’t have been more professional and such a nice person as well that actually had pride in his work. Tina from the office was fantastic and managed to organise everything in such a short timeframe I would defiantly use this company again I really can’t recommend them highly enough
