  Thanks to Simon and his team. Puraheat installed a Heat Geek heat pump and cylinder using the Zero Disrupt system to replace our very old combi boiler. The whole process showed a high level of professionalism, communication and workmanship rarely seen. The design was tailored to our specific requirements. Utilising the existing boiler room without having to remove our washing machine. A 250L cylinder was able to be installed which will give our family of 4 enough hot water. No radiator changes needed and no pipework changes. Challenges were met with communication and solutions. Very happy with the system. Early signs point to excellent efficiency and a 'set and forgot' management once fully commissioned. I highly recommend Puraheat for your heat pump installs.

  Puraheat installed my heat pump and I am very pleased that I used them. The consultation was very professional and thorough, the engineer demonstrated a very good level of knowledge and experience. The installation process was quick and efficient with good communication and I am very pleased with the result. Beautiful copper pipework. We are learning to live with a heat pump and Pura on hand to help us with that. As a engineer myself I am impressed with services provided and wouldn't hesitate to recommend Puraheat to others.

  They came and repaired my boiler within a few hours. Popped out to get the correct parts needed and I had it up and running the same day. I have also taken out the boiler care which has been great.

  Not responding, even after 12 phone calls, boiler constantly not working. Plumber extremely unprofessional. My advice - just find another company as this one is dodgy. Very dodgy.

  Gave Puraheat a go after they were recommended to us by a friend, how pleased we are that we did. What a cracking company this is. Simon has a ‘Can do, nothings a problem” attitude which for a customer is exactly what we look for and is utterly refreshing and reassuring, that attitude has clearly rubbed off on the other plumbers Jack and James who have worked on our projects so far, Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Puraheat to friends and family.
