5By far the best AC company I've used. Over the years, I have been able to trust and rely on Kane, Kevin and the rest of the team. They have recently completed 4 x bedroom AC units, each with their own condensers after the last system failed. Kane always takes the time to problem solve correctly and find the right solution for me as a customer, while Kevin and the other chap (name I've forgotten) has always carry out work with care I'm happy to leave the keys with these guys and it's that kind of trust which is key in business and life!

5We used Runnymede HVAC to install 2 wall mounted Daikin units in our home (when we moved in about 5 years ago). Since then we have had our units serviced regularly to ensure they continue to function optimally. The quality of service from install to servicing has been absolutely first class! The staff are incredibly friendly, professional, and knowledgable. Nothing is too much trouble. Would highly recommend!

1I hade a problem with my air conditioning system I called this company, the problem was fixed by a new very small motor the motor was under warranty however they changed me nearly £500 including the motor Daikin confirmed it was under warranty I put the evidence to Runnymede and they claim they had make a mistake, clearly they had not. Examine carefully the charges from this company. Make sure your parts are not under warranty.

We are always 100% transparent about our call out fees and repair charges, and these were accepted on booking. We pride ourselves on having highly qualified and knowledgeable engineers who identify issues accurately and quickly therefore minimising further hourly costs. In this instance a part was required which necessitated a return repair visit. The part was not eligible for a claim under the terms of the extended warranty, however to provide best customer service we honoured this anyway. 5Have had an aircon unit fitted in bedroom. It's compact, extremely quiet and A+++ efficiency rating. Took a few hours to install, during which time Luke and Kane were professional, friendly and tidy. Luke took care to ensure the unit was centred perfectly in line on the wall and gave a good demo on how all the functions work. Would highly recommend.
