  Paul and his team have just finished our bathroom and I couldn’t recommend them highly enough. From start to finish nothing was too much trouble for them and Paul’s organizational skills are on another level. Everything happened as and when he said it would and completed to an incredibly high, professional level and on time. He even managed to find time to fit our new oven in which was giving me a massive headache. As I said earlier, cannot recommend him and his team highly enough, you will not regret using him.

  Sent an enquiry re replacement of shower. Response received next day - replacement shower ordered and to be fit early next day. Plumber arrived promptly. Was patient when identifying water stopcock. Very efficient removal of old shower and fitting of new one. Explained use of new shower and demonstrated clearly. Thank you very much Stuart and Paul Chaplow.

  Guys came to service the boiler and did a great job. Quick response, friendly, efficient and even climbed into the attic, where the boiler is, without complaint.

  Brillant team, 2nd time they have been to us in the last few months and cannot fault them, staurt arrived just after 830 and we have a newly plumbed in working tap by 8am. The entire team are super helpful.
