  A previous plumber had left us without central heating due to a problem with the boiler, Rob was able to quickly diagnose the problem and provide a solution at short notice. We had Rob booked in to look at our house for an Air-source heat pump install, we contacted Rob before his visit to see if he could also look at the issues we were having with our boiler, thanking him for pivoting so quickly to get the problem fixed.

  Got in contact with Rob about a boiler service and booked me in the next day. Whilst doing the service, he found an issue with the installation that was causing fault codes so we booked Rob in to fix it. Came at 8.30 on the dot, explained the plan clearly and afterwards told me about potential issues that might crop up and how to fix them myself. Overall a great service and at very affordable pricing 👍🏻

  Had the whole heating system serviced by Rob as I was selling the family home. An up to date safety certificate is required as part of this process. The old boiler sadly was not up to standard and needed replacing. All work done including rerouting pipework was neatly done giving it a professional look. All radiators flushed and running correctly. Very pleased with the results. The cost for the work done I thought was very fair. Would happily recommend Rob and his team at Priority One to family and friends.
