  Did a good job but didn’t give a quote for the job so waited for invoice. Was expensive for such a minor job, very disappointed. Was going to ask to do another job but will go elsewhere.

  Paul's a busy man and rightly so. We are delighted with the repairs he has done with our shower and water system. We now have a tropical monsoon instead of a feeble shower! We will definitely use him for all our plumbing & heating issues going forward.

  Initially went well but soon turned into a nightmare. Had to get another company to finish the job. Not impressed

  arrived when he said he would.... fixed my leak and replaced some piping, fast , efficient, friendly.. reasonable rates...so impressed i have asked for an estimate for more work i need doing!!!!!

  Very nice company to deal with. Paul was punctual and professional and carried out the boiler repair. I would certainly use this company again, I highly recommend them.

  I recently had a problem with my shower unit. I called British Gas as I had a maintenance service with them. They eventually called and seemed perplexed by the water pressure coming out of the shower head. They eventually determined the problem was water pressure coming into the house. I contacted Robert for a second opinion and he called. He diagnosed shower head clogged up. Replaced head and all sorted at a great price.

  Company serviced my mother's boiler which then promptly developed a leak. Company came back and "fixed" the problem which persisted. Company then stopped responding to calls. Finally picked up when called from a different phone. Said they would attend then didn't show with no call or reason. Has reduced my elderly mother to tears.
