  I have had a Canadian Solar EP Cube home battery system installed by Solar Xpress the service was excellent. When I contacted Solar Xpress from an advert on Facebook a guy called Oliver explained the options with me as I already have solar panels he advised me of the system I would require I placed the order with Oliver who advised me it could take up to 6 to 8 weeks for installation but they contacted me for some pictures of the electrical installation in my house then they booked the installation for a couple of days after this phone call the total time was less than 2 weeks so I was very impressed at the prompt installation. The installation team were friendly and very efficient the installation took about 3 hours to complete and they cleaned up and took all the packaging for recycling. We had one little problem in that when my car started charging the battery system went into a fault condition with an error message. I contacted Solar Xpress but as it was a bank holiday they were out of the office until the following Tuesday but they very swiftly sorted the problem which turned out to be a setting in the installer menu that was set too low. The system is now working very well and saving me money on my electricity bill. I referred a friend who was also looking at getting a solar and battery system. He ordered his system from the referral and as such I got a nice little referral bonus which means I got an effective discount on my system. I would recommend Solar Xpress to anyone considering getting solar panels and or a home battery system installed.

  From start to finish everything was smooth and as promised. Battery was fitted quickly and all cables were fitted perfectly. Very tidy job and very helpful electricians who did the job, would definitely recommend Solar Express

  The team from SolarXpress were fantastic from start to finish. The initial meeting with Steve to discuss our options was informative and our options were clearly explained with a clear proposal. We decided on the Tesal PowerWall 3 with a 9kW Solar system as this worked and integrates well with our EV, EV Charger and Intelligent Octopus. There was no pressure sales follow up by the team, just one short follow up call aweek later to see if we had any quetions. Our installation was booked quickly and the team turned up on time with a very high quality final installation. Follow up communication with a few teething problems have been very quickly resolved and the system is working as promissed.

  Smooth delivery, once deposit is paid you will receive a WhatsApp message asking to take pictures and after a few days they will send you an installation date. (Everything took 2 weeks approximate) and the price is worth it for the money as their setup is one piece (inverter together with battery) which is very clean looking
