  Such a poor experience with this company. Been awaiting a call back for over a week, have chased 4x times as no-one has been getting back to me. Keep getting told someone will call back the same day, but they still haven't. Will be giving up and finding another company to do the work.

  Team worked hard & long but left me with open wires hanging, no ceiling, no heating that I am still without for 5 months. My full freezer unplugged, broken Henry vac, broken mirror, fittings & blinds for both lounge windows gone. I think you get my experience of Green Improve!! Complained many times, was in bed to keep warm, Christmas & months before & after freezing, nothing in compensation or response from them, extremely dissatisfied will be getting legal advice. Taking Chemo to top this!!

  Theo did a great job at my property, installing extractor fans in my kitchen and bathroom. He was friendly, informative and considerate. I would highly recommend this company.

  We recently moved into our house and we decided to opt into the government scheme for cavity wall insulation and improved ventilation. We would highly recommend Green Improve and the whole team were a delight to work with. The survey was arranged quickly and at a time and date that suited us. The surveyor was polite, thorough and he explained everything that was involved in the installation. Alex did the cavity wall insulation and Theo did the vents and window ventilation. We knew this was a messy job having installed an extractor fan at our previous house but both Alex and Theo were amazing. They cleaned up after the work, they were so friendly and polite it was a pleasure having them at our house. I have a 15 year old dog who is terrified of strangers and Theo was fantastic with her. My husband is an electrician so Theo was under the spot light and he did an amazing job! 100% trustworthy and professional company. I will be contacting my local Labour MP to sing the praises of Green Improve!

  Hopefully, the services they provide is better than them blocking my drive for hours, with none of my neighbours having any idea whose house they are at to remove the van.

  Team was very professional, service was smooth from start & sending mail to my address, contacting them then arrange survey& installing insulation& fan all done within a week, the whole team was very lovely, cooperative & highly professional, special thanks to Teo who installed the fan & ventilation for windows, Can' t thank the whole team enough for their hard work but you really are life changer & i wish you get the credit you deserve for all your sincere efforts

  Absolutely superb service from start to finish. The work was executed extremely quickly, and was tailor made to the household needs. I could not recommend the service Green Improve (and their affiliates) offer, highly enough. I will also be using their aftercare services to keep on top of servicing etc., going forward.... Excellent. xxxx
