  I normally Don't leave reviews either is positive or a negative one. But in this case I would like to take my time an leave my feedback for Pro Plumb as they really deserve it I want others to know how good Pro Plumb is, after having some bad experience with different company's. I used a few different company's for my Flat but didn't have a good experience, not turning up in time and messing around, and being just after the money. We just purchased a new house, I contacted a Plumbing company to come around to check Plumbing on my new Home and as it was a free call out I thought it was good to check how things were with the Boiler and the rest of Plumbing and take it from there, the guy came around and checked the Boiler and the Boiler wasn't working properly, and he said he couldn't do a service on the Boiler as its not working properly, when we actually didn't agree for them to come around and service the Boiler, and he started complaining about the time he wasted and he needs to get paid, as he could been on another job and be earning money, when they had a free call-out policy. But that's enough talking about this greedy, time and money wasters. I would like to talk about Pro Plumb I went to check a trade and found Pro Plumb and looked at the reviews and they had good reviews and I thought I give them a call. I had the pleasure to speak to Cyrus, you can tell straight away from the first chat that he is honest professional and a decent guy. Cyrus came around on the next day which was Friday and spent nearly One hour checking the Boiler and explained the options, with out a charge, and he was so kind and tried to call the Boiler brand company to find out information about the boiler and some parts that were changed 6 months before but still not working, after all his effort and investigations, we discussed the options and he advised the best options looking the state of the Boiler and having no service history is to put a New Boiler. We were going to move in on Monday with the Kids and we had no Hot water, and it was quite stressful, but Cyrus made the impossible possible he moved things around managed to order the new Boiler on Saturday and came First thing in the morning on Monday to replace the Boiler and fit the New One before we moved in later that day so we can have Hot water. He came around with Alex and they both amazing very professional and friendly, after they got the job done, they cleaned and tidy everything up. I am very lucky I came across this company, and I can clearly say that this guys are not just after your money like the other company I dealt with, they actually care and you will know once you meet them. Now I am using Pro Plumb for Plumbing renovation at the House, plus they taken over and looking after my Flat to. I will definitely recommend Pro Plumb to anyone, they truly are amazing I can't Thank them enough for the amazing Job they did Thanks again Cyrus Thank you Lumi

  I am writing this review on behalf of my sister Heather Pattenden. I highly recommend Cyrus of Pro Plumb Sussex who supplied and fitted a new glow worm system boiler with new flue system in her flat. The work was of a high standard and I couldn't be more satisfied with the end product.

  We had a broken boiler.. looking at all the options we decided to replace the whole system. Cyrus came at 11am on the Monday and had his team in and fitting the new system 8.30 am the following day.. I cant fault anything 1. responsive 2. knowledgeable 3. competitive 4. on time. I will without doubt use them again.

  We used Pro Plumb Sussex last month as we needed a new boiler. Our current one had been in 20+ years and finally packed up! We called and they were so responsive, priced up same day and installed couple days later, which is ideal as so cold and 2 young kids! Installed a NEST too, which is heaven. Very tidy and polite. Thank you all

  We originally called Pro Plumb & Sons as we needed a plumber in an emergency to address a leaking boiler. Cyrus promptly turned up on the day I called and gave us an explaination as well as suggestions for a temporary fix until the main issue could be resolved. We found him to be extremely polite, friendly and knoweldgable and he (and his team) will be at the front of the queue for any future heating issues. Recommended.

  Amazing professional service, prompt, honest and friendly - plumber diagnosed existing faults in old boiler, sourced and installed new boiler within 2 days. We couldn't have wished for a better service, and extremely happy with our new boiler
