  Made an account just because how bad this is. Had a man called Andy sent out to do my boiler. He was so rude I just kept away from him only to find him stood staring at me layed on the sofa! Like really werid for a long time! when I called to complain I was told he is no longer with them and currently under investigation so I'd like to know what that means? Who have I had on my house?

  Recently had work done from this company through my landlords. Absolutely 5+ stars for everything. They were considerate and tidy and really really nice guys who although had alot to do caused hardly any disruption. Fantastic service Thank you

  Got new boiler. Cheapest 24w boiler not 30w I was expecting, no smart controls , nothing special. For the charges I expected more. Oh well. Too late now.

  I used this company as an emergency and would recommend them. The engineer went out of his way to fix the problem on the same day. He made sure we were happy and everything was working and fixed before he left. He cleaned up and didn't leave a mess.

  Read & Errington , today 27/11/23. Went above and beyond what my neighbour and myself expected. We are so very grateful for your care, compassion and professionalism. A massive Thank You to the lovely lady who I spoke with regarding my neighbours issue, you are a fantastic credit to the company. Also many Thanks to Michael who was very quick to arrive, polite and professional, also a credit to the company. Thank You to both of you.

  Great company - turned out on time, serviced boiler and did gas certificate and capped off 2 fires …. Lad was clean and tidy, Chris …. Defo will use again

  Amazing service, great staff! Flew to Tenerife on the 5th of Jan , leaving our 4 girls( 18 to 22) home alone for the first time. First thing on the 6th my 18 year old Jemima FaceTimed me crying to say the boiler wasn’t working (couldn’t believe it)and they had no heating or hot water and it was freezing! Clare was fantastic and managed to get a lovely engineer called Chris to come out, he has serviced our boiler before and was able to sort it until Worcester could come out. He was great with the girls and dog and he explained everything to me over FaceTime.A big 👍 up to you all , our holiday could have turned out a total nightmare!! Thanks Louisa 😘

  What a brilliant company they literally went and got a part from a old boiler just to fix ours so we wouldn’t be without heating and hot water can’t say one bad word about them.
