  We’ve been seriously impressed with Suns Power from start to finish. John was brilliant to deal with. Super knowledgeable, patient with questions, and clearly knows his stuff. I work in a similar technical industry myself, so I’ll admit I had pretty high expectations going in, but they were absolutely met and, if anything, exceeded. The install was tidy, well thought through, and everything was explained clearly so we understood exactly how the system was operating. Since having the battery setup installed, the impact has been immediate. Even through winter, we saved just over £200 last month simply by offsetting our power usage and making better use of cheaper rates. That alone speaks volumes. Really pleased with the whole experience and would happily recommend them. 👍

  I recently had my EP12 Fox ESS battery installed by Suns Power, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. The installation took place on a very rainy day and initially looked like it might have to be rained off, but Rob pushed on and managed to get everything completed regardless, which I really appreciated. The inverter and battery were installed exactly where I requested, and the team took the time to explain everything clearly. They also pointed out that my existing EV car charger could ideally have been installed on a separate board, which I found helpful and honest advice. The app setup and overall installation went smoothly, and John has been superb from start to finish. He explained the install process in detail and showed me how to maximise my usage alongside my existing system. The Fox ESS system is highly intuitive and very easy to use. The app is clear and user-friendly, making it simple to monitor energy. John ensured my system was working and up to date even chasing Fox to push an update through. Overall, a very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly team. I would highly recommend Suns Power to anyone considering battery storage or solar upgrades.

  I had been searching for a while for the right battery installer as friends had some horror stories, fortunately when speaking with John you could tell he cared and was passionate about getting the right installation in place. Need less to say the installation went very smooth and the Installers were fantastic, even took the rubbish with them. Support has extended past the install ensuring I am on the best tariff for my needs. I would 100% recommend Suns Power.

  Very dishonest and unreliable company. He sent for installation a guy who was not properly qualified and certified to do the job. After repeated chasing, he provided the installation certificate by a contractor who never did the job nor ever had been to my property. After taking the full money he never responded and never helped with setting up the App on mobile as was promissed by him. Taking all three ( Owner of Suns Power, Jay who had installed the unit and the contractor who issued a fake certificate) to court and the legal consequences would be imprisionment to all three. My home is at risk because the installation was done by someone who was never qualified to do the job. Also despite of repeated requests, they have not sent me the declaration signed which is needed by my energy provider. This is one of the companies who run away after they get their money. Anyway they will face the consequences in Court.

  Highly Recommend Suns Power for Solar Installation! ☀️ I recently had a full solar system and battery setup installed by Suns Power, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. His knowledge and transparency made it easy to choose the right setup. The installation was quick and seamless completed in just one day! By the end of it, I was already generating solar power. The FoxESS system John recommended works flawlessly, giving me easy access and control over both the battery and inverter. John’s professionalism, thorough assessments, and willingness to answer all my questions made the entire experience smooth and reassuring.   We recently had a new FoxESS battery and inverter installed by Suns Power. Our primary reason for getting the system was to charge the batteries overnight during off peak/night rate and then to discharge over the day. From the very first phone call, John was professional and knowledgeable. They provided a detailed quote and answered all of our questions without any pressure. The installation itself was seamless. The technicians, arrived on time, was incredibly professional, and kept the work area spotless. They even took the time to explain how the new system works and how to monitor it on the app. The system has been running for a few weeks now, and it has exceeded our expectations. Our daily bill has dropped from around £5.50 per day to around £1.50 per day. We are so happy with the entire process and the final result. We would highly recommend John at Suns Power to anyone considering a home battery and inverter installation.

  John was very patient, we didn’t know much about batteries and John took the time to educate us so we knew what we were buying was right, and the price on offer was much more competitive than other quotes we received. The installation was very smooth and they helped set up our app (again educating us) to maximise the savings. We couldn’t recommend John and Suns Power enough!
