  Had a really disappointing experience with Zicam. One of their contractors damaged my car and, despite having dashcam footage (both video and audio) showing what happened, they refuse to take accountability. Before I even mentioned that I had dashcam evidence, they told me that there was no work taking place at the time and that their CCTV recording (which they have not shared) backs this up. This directly contradicts with what is visible on my dashcam footage. I asked for their insurance details so the matter could be handled properly, but they refused to provide them and instead told me to go through my own insurance, fully aware that this would negatively affect my premiums, which is highly unfair as the damage has been caused by their activities. I have provided everything they have asked for, yet they continue to stonewall me, refuse to share any supporting documentation, and avoid taking accountability. While they state that they will “cooperate fully” with my insurer, they are unwilling to cooperate with me directly or provide any transparency. This raises serious concerns about their conduct and handling of the situation. Overall, this has been an extremely frustrating experience and not the standard of professionalism I would expect from a company operating in this field.

  When a company wont pay invoices, and ignores contact attempts, its needs a than a zero rating. Sadly Google only allows a minimum one star. Not deserved

  We have been working with Zicam for 6 years now during which time we have found them to be one of the most professional company's we have worked with. From design of the CCTV system, access and egress control, gates, barriers and doors was fantastic and went without any issues whatsoever. All H&S requirements were met and adhered to at all times. All engineers were very knowledgeable, very smart in appearance, vans were also gleaming. They were always on site on time and often worked around our business to allow us to carry on with our daily tasks, this sometime meant that the engineers working weekends and nights, which was never a problem to them. Invoicing is always correct, Head office support to us is perfect. The after care we receive is second to none. Regular site meetings are carried out by Zicams MD, and more often than not Zicams CEO also comes to visit the sites. Communication from Zicam is fantastic, they are always there to support our business they also listen to you as the customer. All in all we receive fantastic service from the whole team at Zicam and we are looking forward to some exciting projects in 2022 / 2023. I would highly recommend Zicam.
