  Reliable, knowledgeable, and honest — couldn’t ask for more* ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I’ve used the Heatsafe team for our boiler repairs and servicing for 4 years and they’ve been consistently excellent. They always turn up when promised, tackle the problem properly instead of doing quick patch jobs, and explain everything in plain English. What I really value is the advice they give to help keep the boiler running longer — things like pressure checks, bleeding radiators, and small maintenance tips that actually save money. If you want a boiler engineer who’s reliable, skilled, and genuinely looks out for you, I can’t recommend Heatsafe enough. Reliable, knowledgeable, and honest — you couldn’t ask for anything more.

  I found Heat Safe online and contacted them when my boiler broke down. They attended the same day and had the issue fixed within 30 minutes, all at a very reasonable cost. The service was prompt, professional and great value for money. I’ve already booked them in for a service and will be using them as my go-to plumbers, heating and air conditioning engineers from now on. I would highly recommend them to anyone without hesitation.

  We have had excellent service from Marco at heatsafe, he took time to ensure he checked every aspect of how our underfloor heating was functioning so that it would be fixed in a single visit and true to his word it's working a treat now! Thank you 😊

  After we were left with no heating or hot water over the weekend, heatsafe birmingham came and fixed the issue very quickly. They discussed what the issue was and why it happened and what we should do to help avoid it again which was helpful. As our insurance didn't cover it, we were happy to pay and it was reasonable. So overall a helpful service, prompt and we now have hot water!

  I highly recommend Heatsafe. I had a garden tap installed and it was very easy to arrange an appointment; they were quick at replying to my emails and the engineer was very friendly. He installed the tap quickly and efficiently, and to a high quality. I will definitely use this company again for any other plumbing needs.
