  We had an excellent 10/10 experience with James and would highly recommend him. He went above and beyond to help update the heating system in our current housing project. Communication was outstanding throughout, he responded quickly and always provided clear explanations whenever we had questions. James also supported us in organising additional tradespeople whenever needed, making the whole process smooth and stress-free. The house is finally warm, comfortable, and looking much more modern.   After comparing several quotes and gathering details I decided to go with Eco Pro after speaking with James and couldn’t be happier. Their design was really detailed, explained clearly and the heat pump works perfectly. Would definitely recommend and already booked in for a few of our other properties.

  Excellent – 10/10! A great company to work with. Communication was excellent throughout, with quick responses and clear explanations whenever we had questions. The heat pump is almost silent, which was something we were worried about, and the results have been fantastic. We’re lovely and warm and always have plenty of hot water. Great work 👍

  James has carried out numerous plumbing and heating jobs for us over many many years (10) including a new build five bedroom house with a swimming pool and most recently our own four bedroom house again installing an air source heat pump with underfloor heating. We have always found him to be punctual, courteous and very professional as well as being a clean a tidy worker. The quality of his work has always been excellent and reasonable priced and we recommended him many times to other builders.

  We were very pleased with the installation of our 22 kW heat pump. Despite parts of the farmhouse being 13th century the system is performing extremely well and keeps the house constantly warm throughout. The installation was carried out professionally with great attention to detail and a high standard of workmanship. The same company have also installed heat pump systems across our rental properties, All completed efficiently and to an excellent standard. We are very happy with the service and would highly recommend this company.
