The team were professional, knowledgeable, and tidy throughout the installation. Everything was explained clearly, including how the system works and how to use the app to monitor generation and battery usage. The installation itself was completed to a very high standard and the system has been performing brilliantly. We were especially impressed with the communication and customer service — any questions we had were answered quickly and professionally. The installers arrived on time, worked efficiently, and left everything clean and neat afterwards.   My first contact with Myles was actually before we bought our new house. I wanted reassurance that the trees at the end of our garden wouldnt adversely affect a potential solar installation. Although we hadnt even bought the house at this stage he spent time checking the property over and discussing our options. On moving in I arranged for six companies to quote for a solar installation - and two of those stood out. The fact that Myles was willing to take on board suggestions from other companies and even one from myself showed a refreshingly open approach. No hard sell at all - just good advice. Having looked at many options we eventually settled on a Solis/Fogstar system and significantly increased the battery storage from the 10KWh most were recommending to a 32KWh system - the difference in cost in trebling the capacity was minimal. Installation was excellent and all of the staff were friendly and highly competent. Myles has offered so much support and after our first sunny April day we are generating 6Kw plus and our battery is at 100%. I'm so pleased I chose a local installer - absolutely faultless. Thanks!!

  Great communication from start to finish through Myles. From the very first enquiry right through to completion, everything was handled professionally and efficiently. We were kept fully informed about the installation date and were pleasantly surprised to be fitted in earlier than expected, which was a huge bonus. The installation team were a great bunch of lads — friendly, knowledgeable and clearly very experienced at what they do. They worked incredibly hard throughout the day, barely stopping, and showed real attention to detail in every aspect of the job. It was obvious they took genuine pride in their workmanship. They also kept the site tidy from start to finish, cleaning up thoroughly and leaving everything exactly as they found it, which we really appreciated. They took the time to explain the system clearly, answered all of our questions patiently, and made sure we felt confident using our new setup before they left. The whole process felt smooth, well organised and stress-free. We would absolutely recommend them without hesitation. We’re now the proud owners of our new setup, installed with real care and pride. A fantastic experience all round — thank you again to Myles and the team!
