  A huge thank you to Hereford Heating! Absolutely brilliant service from start to finish. The team recently installed a new boiler and hot water cylinder for us, and I honestly couldn’t be happier with the whole experience. It was a big job involving the upgrade of an old system, but the team were super throughout: clear and helpful from the first quote, tidy and respectful on site during the installation, and very generous in sharing their knowledge and explaining the system properly. The final result is excellent, and the whole process felt smooth, well-managed, and trustworthy. An 11/10 service. Highly recommended!!

  The professional that made the inspection and review of my deep ground heating system, this year, was noticeable for being thorough and optimizing the performance of the whole system and components. He was also very polite and considerate! I highly recommend him and his employer.

  Overall a good experience however there are areas for improvement. When obviously quoted for the inspection/service, I was not made aware of a call out charge to travel here. Additionally despite explaining the installation, I needed a second technician with different qualifications. The technician explained I would need a seal replacing but didn't have one not did he offer to replace it. Finally he left the loft hatch open, which my daughter only discovered after having 3 queen wasps buzz her overnight. We are now having to get a step ladder to close it
