  Very happy with the service from Qualis Energy. The installation of our heat pump was a big job that took almost four full days, and the team were professional, tidy, and hardworking from start to finish. They clearly know what they’re doing and explained everything along the way, which gave us a lot of confidence in the system. We were particularly impressed with how flexible they were when we weren’t happy with the original pipe placement. Instead of pushing ahead, they took the time to find a better solution and went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied with the final result. The work was done to a very high standard, everything was left clean and tidy each day, and the whole team was friendly and respectful in the house. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Qualis Energy to anyone considering a heat pump installation.

  Qualis energy installed a Mixergy hot water tank and shower in my flat 10/03/2026 Very professional and pleasant team, clean and tidy ,explained how the system works and would highly recommend

  Had Qualis install an ASHP (air source heat pump) for me. Very professional service and a high-quality installation. Clean, tidy and completed to a great standard. Highly recommend.

  What can I say about this team? We had a full air sourced heating system installed with a new heat pump, cylinder and radiators and they were the best team we have dealt with by far. Not only did they install the system on time and on budget, but they also tested and balanced the system specifically to our requirements. Not to mention they cleared, cleaned up as they went along and never left us without hot water. Thanks James, Simon and Ryan for a job well done, highly recommend!😎👍
