  the initial consultation was informative and friendly with no pressure to purchase, the installation was efficient and took only 6 hours, engineer was friendly and took me thru the operation, everything was left clean and tidy a thumbs up all round. BOB

  Aquila fitted a home electric vehicle charge point for me, a very neat professional installation. All booking and updates are internet based, so you always know what is going on, even to the map tracking of the engineer on route to you, like an Amazon delivery. Would recommend you ask for a quote if you're in the wider area around Warrington looking for a similar service.

  The unit provided was carefully chosen based on the knowledge of the staff. Size, use and location was considered and the unit is fantastic for our needs. Today was the first year service, the engineer was thorough and very professional. Would recommend the business to anyone. Thank you

  Contacted to fix a leaking hot water tank (leaking through immersion). The fix took a number of visits due to unforeseen issues with the tank which meant a simple immersion replacement turned into a new hot water tank. Every engineer was friendly and did a very good job, re-booking of further appointments was really quick (within an hour of each job finishing) so plumbers were back as quickly as possible. Glad to report I can now have a hot shower … would definitely recommend these guys!

  We have had an excellent visit from your heating engineer Phil Taylor. He arrived on time, was friendly and very helpful. He carried out the boiler service with great efficiency, giving us confidence in a job well done.

  Aquila are always polite and efficient. We have their monthly payment contract which spreads the cost of our annual service. We have had several jobs done by them including a complete changeover from a system boiler to a brand new combi, a changeover to smart thermostats on all radiators, a replacement radiator, and would happily call them again if needed. No hesitation to recommend.
