  I’ve had a fantastic experience with Optima Electrical and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them. From the get-go, the whole process was seamless. They were incredibly responsive, quick to arrange the work, and very accommodating when it came to booking times. I was kept informed at every stage, which made the whole experience stress-free - particularly helpful as my property is a rental and I was under pressure to sort out the work for my tenant. They sorted out the work to a high standard and explained what they had done in laymen terms for me. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable electrician.

  We recently sought for three companies to provide quotations to install solar panels and warehouse LED lighting at our premises. Optima Electrical were prompt, professional and overall competitive with their quoting system which was the deciding factor to choose them as our supplier. The work was scheduled, arranged promptly and carried out with minimum disruption to our daily business activities. Anthony and Rob that installed the solar panels and lighting were extremely professional, courteous and informative throughout the process. Jen in the office has been an absolute star helping us navigate the clerical side of the installation and set-up. Jen is always prompt to respond to any queries, helpful with documentation, overall customer service and aftersales. The company are great to deal with and the staff are exceptional!   I have engaged the services of Optima Electrical a number of times, and I have always been happy with the quality of their work. Before embarking on a job, they really take care to understand what you really want and ask you questions to ensure there is no misunderstanding around your requirements. And they always charge what they quote - there are no surprises or scope creep. They then get on with the job, without fuss and everything is done to a high standard.   From the start felt comfortable with Optima Electrical when looking at a solar, battery, EV charger installs and consumer board upgrade. Despite not being local Both Jen and Rob worked with me to develop a solution I was happy with and would suit my domestic need, rather than simply being pushed a preferred solution. After taking the plunge, the install went smoothly and was neat in line with the agreed proposal and my expectations. Even, the follow up with registering the system with MCS, the DNO and the system guarantees came through promptly and quickly. System has been in situ now for 6 months without issues and is delivering in line with expectations. Have no issues in recommending them to friends and family who are thinking of similar install!

  My mum is in her 70's and lives alone, she has had various trades people promise to do jobs for her in the past, but most of the time, just never turn up. I put her in contact with Jen and it has made her very happy! She says "Jen Blacow-Hughes of Optima Electrical sent her very professional team of electricians to do a rewire and sort out a problem! Nothing was too much trouble and I now have light everywhere. Clean and tidy workers, even wore over shoe carpet protectors. Definitely recommend Optima Electrical"
