  I had a battery + inverter installed recently by Always Off-Peak. Overall the experience was incredibly positive: good communication before during and after install. The installers were incredibly professional and knowledgeable, and I am now saving money on my bills. I would 100% recommend Always Off-Peak and would get them back. Cheers guys.

  Could not recommend this business enough. Slightly anxious about the install process of the batteries but they were so great to deal with and a pleasure to have around for the day, which is a rare thing to say! You won’t regret asking them to help

  Sam and Rick from Always Off Peak installed a 10kW Solis inverter and a Fogstar 16kW battery system for me, and I couldn’t be happier with the result. The installation was smooth and professional from start to finish, and I’m already seeing noticeable savings on my energy bills. They clearly know what they’re doing and took the time to make sure everything was set up perfectly. I’d highly recommend Always Off Peak to anyone considering solar and battery storage.

  Amazing service from the whole team! They provided me all the confidence I needed during the quoting stage by discussing the options available to work around an existing limitation within my home. In the end, we haven't had to compromise at all and the battery and inverter setup work perfectly. Sam and Ric were extremely friendly on the day of the install and ran me through the install and didn't seem to mind me stick my nose in from time to time to see how things were going and took the time to answer any questions I had. Don't look any further than Always Off-Peak!

  I have had outstanding customer service throughout pre order, order preparation and actual installation. The installation was a work of art and is superb, my battery performs perfectly and we updated to ensure I got the best out of the system. My emails and comms were always answered very speedily even at the weekend. The installers Ric and Sam were a pleasure to have in my home, and when the lights tripped a day after the install they returned to site and isolated the fault that turned out to be nothing to do with the install. A 5 star review is not enough!

  These guys absolutely smashed it. Communication was spot-on the whole way through, even when Fogstar were dragging their heels on delivery (not Always Off Peak's fault at all). The team turned up and grafted through actual snow to get everything installed. Freezing cold day and they just cracked on with it. No complaints, no drama, just got it done. System's now running beautifully with my Solis inverter. Very happy customer. Would 100% recommend if you're looking to add storage.

  Outstanding from start to finish! Always Off-Peak fitted a quite large 3 phase system for us and were wonderfully helpful the whole way through. Huge contrast to the 2-3 weeks that went by between emails with the first installer we contacted. The team clearly enjoy what they do and that shows in both their work ethic and the attention to detail in the finished piece. The electrician who did our 3 phase upgrade also wanted to look out of curiosity and called it a top quality install too. Thank you again guys, we loved having you here!
