  Working with Greenwaves was a pleasure. We had them install an air heat source pump for us to replace an oil boiler. The consultation and quoting was excellent and they didn't push us at all - no pressure sales. Surveys were smooth and they did all the work regarding certificates and grants. The quality of installation was excellent and the team took just over 3 days to complete the work to a really high standard. Only glitch at the end was a faulty controller so that required some investigation and a couple of extra visits to get sorted. Works perfectly now and we are so grateful to have this work complete and we don't have to deal with oil anymore!

  From start to finish Greenwave were excellent. We had spoken to a few other firms and had been left totally confused. Greenwaves salesman Mark was so knowledgeable and helpful and just told us straightforwardly what the options were and how much it would cost. They gave us an all inclusive price, and were very flexible when we decided to have a few more panels. The whole team from scaffolders to office staff were great. The installers went above and beyond to complete the job in one day despite freezing weather, and really took a pride in making sure everything was absolutely perfect. Solar panels are working amazingly well- very glad we found this company. 😊

  I'm pleased with Lee's and his team's job. He installed and serviced the heat pump and the hot water was done quickly and professionally with no problems at all.

  The installation of solar panels was efficient, with a knowledgeable and friendly workforce. However, the back office support was not well organised, with key messages not conveyed from the person who came to prepare the quotation to the person who did the site survey. The installers also arrived without some key parts and had to go and source them during the installation. The handover of the system was basic, showing us how to access the monitoring application, but not explaining how to use it.

  I have recently moved into a new development where all of the bungalows / houses have Greenwave Air Source heat pumps installed. During the recent cold spells, my bungalow has remained snug and warm, with no cold spots anywhere. The heat pump runs almost silently and can bearly be heard over the birdsong. The team from Greenwave are helpful and friendly. Thank you. I would not hesitate to recommend Greenwave to anyone with a suitable property for a heat pump

  Brandon and the team have been amazing throughout our heat pump and heating system installation. We are in a complex listed building with lots of different levels and building materials, poor insulation and high heat loss which made it a very challenging project! Greenwave have been incredibly knowledgeable and supportive throughout our project and we couldn't be happier with our heat pump, traditional style column radiators and underfloor heating. We went four years without any heating system and to have it over this winter has been life changing! Id absolutely recommend Greenwave

  Excellent service from the whole team everything went really well and the support was always there when I have needed it , My heating system runs quietly in the back ground without me having to do anything, iam very please, And would definitely recommend greewaves renewable cheers Matt

  We recently had our new air source heat pump installed by the team at Greenwave Renewables, and we couldn’t be more pleased with the service provided. From start to finish, the team worked to an exceptionally high standard. The installation was carried out with minimal disruption to our home, and great care was taken to avoid unnecessary damage or mess. It was clear that the team takes real pride in their workmanship, as every aspect of the fitting was completed neatly and professionally. They were also extremely knowledgeable and took the time to explain how the system works, answering all of our questions in a clear and helpful way.
