5Rohaan came out to my house for an emergency. Turned out my boiler was leaking harmful chdmicals and i didnt even know. Thjs young man calmed me down at a tjme of fear and ensured i property was safe fof the weekend until someone can come to repair. The level lf calmness this lad had during such a tense situation WHILST reasurring me AND doing hjs job. Im amazed and am just so thankful to Rohaan and the team at t&s.

1I parted company with T&S in 2025 after several years because the service and repair quality gradually deteriorated and became more expensive. I ended up with a faulty boiler that needed repeated attention from T&S ending up with it waking me in the middle of the night making hideous noises that they claimed was a water pressure issue. The next day British Gas came to do a service and it took them three hours to fix it, having found an unsafe escape of fumes and a broken burner seal when they arrived. They did this on the spot and made a fabulously professional job of it. They even removed all of the trapped air in the system so the heating ran without banging noises in the pipework which T&S had left year after year. T&S rarely do anything on the spot, you have to wait while they order parts and the engineers vary hugely in competence and attitude. After all of that I left T&S a one star review which I was subsequently asked to take down by one of their managers. They offered me a free call out (and more, depending on what the directors felt was appropriate to offer as compensation). I took the review down in good faith then heard nothing further from them; I sure fell for that one! 9 months later they have rung asking me to book my annual service 3 months in advance. They must be deaf or desperate or both. I am totally disgusted they forgot all the bad stuff that happened. This is really really poor communication and dismal customer service and is the reason I have left this second review. I do not recommend T&S and I agree with the review left on Trustpilot by MC in April 2026. My lovely Worcester Bosch boiler also gradually fell into a state of disrepair under the so called care of these guys.

5Rohaan came out to service my boiler today. Absolutely incredible service from this young man. a real credit to t&s and himself. Very friendly and bubbly whilst remaining professional. Put my mind at ease in terms of safety for my gas after our building had a fire last week. Can't express how happy I am keep it up young man
