  Bought a shower head, to increase pressure - had no discernible effect. Returned product and instigated complaint. They say can't return product because it is used. I say, doesn't do what it says on the tin. However, that's £35 i'll never see again. Wouldn't recommend based on this experience - and the "if you use it you can't return it" policy.

  Excellent customer service and good quality products to boot. Really happy with all of my items, they all really lovely quality and when I was confused on which bulb I needed, the customer service team were really helpful in sorting that out for me.

  Brought some bulbs in good faith and they are not great. They flash or dont work. I have been trying to retun them and the customer services is shocking. Even though citizens advice have told me that I can and I am within my rights... they have argued every step of the way. They have told me that I can not return them, they then told me that I can return part of my order, they they told me that I can return all of them, but I need to pay fees etc...All of which... Citizens advice say that they are not aloowed too. £160 waisted... unless I want to take them to a small claims court. Its a shame that companies like this build such terrible values.

  I’ve used this company a couple of times. They have kept me updated when there was a delay from the manufacturer and offered an alternative - all without me prompting, and kept me updated when it was dispatched. I’ve been very happy and would order from again.

  Good products, easy website, market prices. All good until you need customer service. Then it all falls apart. Just simply unhelpful at every juncture. Perhaps the owners of this business will someday realise their storefront is a commodity, it is their customer service which sets them apart.

  Misleading price match guarantee. Just exchanged a few emails with their representatives about price matching for a tap, and turns out they wouldn't do price match anyway even the conditions are met. If you're looking for competitive prices go shop somewhere else.
