  I can't recommend James Electrics highly enough, they fitted me in at very short notice, arrived when they said they would, provided a very good and tidy install from a very polite & happy chap. And to top it off the price was extremely good value for money too! Many thanks, will defo recommend to others and use again.

  I've used several companies in the local area for various jobs, James's Electrics stands out from all the others as being reliable, professional and friendly. I'd not only recommend using them but will be using them myself again for certain.

  James Electrics have offered us the worst appalling service we've ever received a job that was started in October 21, it was still outstanding in July 2022. An electrical contractor came back twice to continue the job, the last time was June 22 and realised they had forgotten to bring a light strip and measured up accordingly and was told the boss would ring back again to arrange for the completion of this outstanding job. Still nothing was heard, when we contacted the company once again we finally got through to the boss who had been on holiday and was told to find someone else to finish the job that they had already started. Unbelievable service! Best not to use their unreliable service! Stay away

  Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. The Original job did start back in 2021 and we competed as much of the original job as possible in our first visit, We then needed to source the right product to meet your requirements to complete the job. At this point you then went on holiday for several weeks and were closed for the winter season, you were going to let us know when we could come back to complete the works. We attended soon after you let us know you were ready. When attending on each occasion a new job has been added in additional to the original works requested, a promise of payment had been made once the original works were completed, then another job would get added and a repeated process. Unfortunately it came to a stage where we had to say we couldn’t come and carry out any more work until you had paid your original outstanding invoice. Which is still currently outstanding.
