  OK, so the problem I had with my monitor wasn't fixed. There was little hope of a fix due to the nature of the problem. And because of this there was no charge applied for any of the time and effort given to looking into it. In addition the monitor was mailed back to me, well packed, free of charge. Communication about this was good once the engineer started. My only suggestion for improvement is to communicate with the customer when the item arrives and an estimate on when an engineer can get to look at it. That would be very helpful. Thanks for trying though.

  We provide arcade games for events and had an item develop a faulty board. Jake at Teknotronik went the extra mile searching for what the issue might be and managed to repair the board. The game is now working and has saved us a lot of aggravation. Excellent communication throughout - a professional service all the way - highly recommended. Thank you.

  Looks a small industrial but perfect turning circle. Great place to deliver and a chance of getting a cup of tea as well.

  i have a skoda yeti with a backlight on the instrument cluster leds i found this company who where prepared to give a try and i cannot thank them enough £35 with parts and labour other prices where £250 and the postage aswell on top jake was so helpfull and the after care superb i would recommend to anyone with the same issue

  I had an old hifi stack system and suddenly all the LED displays disappeared. The rest of the system operated perfectly so didn't want to bin it as the sound quality was excellent. After much searching without success for someone to repair I came across Teknitronik, although they didn't advertise they did audio they said they would try and see what the problem was. It was fixed in days, a few capacitors replaced etc and good as new at a very reasonable price. A shout out to Jake who sorted it. Would recommend giving them a call no matter what electronic device you have.

  Lee at Teknotronik replaced a faulty continuous encoder on a synthesiser for me, something way beyond my skills. Teknotronik responded promptly to my initial enquiry, their staff were friendly and polite and the job was done very quickly and professionally. A wonderful company and one I recommend wholeheartedly! Thanks.

  Excellent service from the team at Teknotronik. My old Samsung TV was starting to show its age, cloudy spots and bright spots visible especially when watching sports. The set was taken in, parts identified (new LED’s), ordered and fitted in a very short space of time. Now, rather than replace and scrap the TV, I will get a few more years of use out of it which is good for both the planet, and my pocket. If your tele is on the way out, don’t scrap it, give Teknotronik a call first and see if it can be saved. 👍🏻
