  Being using Rickmores for a while now as I’m at the stage where most of my once new appliances are now failing. I mean who knows what Iron/Microwave/ dishwashers are the best for your needs? Stevie in the shop does for sure! always steers me in the right direction with tech info in an easy to understand way. The staff are so friendly they should be giving therapy sessions as well! Thanks ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

  I suspected my Dyson airwrap needed a repair as it was overheating quickly. Dyson wanted £99 just to look at it, so I took into Rickmores and had a great experience. The total cost was £37 and the airwrap works like new! Good communication throughout. Much prefer supporting local where I can.

  Purchased a bulb for a lamp that I had with me - the bulb popped as soon as it was fitted it in the shop . They still insisted on charging for the defective bulb . The cost was three times that of our retailers adding further injury to insult

  Hi Garry Thank you for your review. I have looked into this and the staff member in the shop has had to be warned as they should not be plugging in any appliances without the right safety procedures as a fault on your lamp could have blown our shop electrics (so she was obviously trying to be helpful to the lady that came in). After speaking to our staff, they said that the lady who came in was insistent on paying for the lamp that had blown and was offered another one to try at no charge but the lady said no thank you.

  I took an item to be repaired and after a week was telephoned and told that it needed well over £100 worth of work to replace 2 parts. I collected it as I didn't think it was worth repairing for that money and after watching a tutorial on YouTube, I bought a small screwdriver from Amazon for about £1.99 and mended it myself. Although the staff in the shop were perfectly pleasant, I was surprised that the engineer couldn't repair a minor fault when, with absolutely no previous experience or gadget knowledge, I could!

  Fantastic service, called up after braking a part on a wet and dry machine. Lady there checked stock and called me back as promised.When visiting the shop the amazing person couldn't help me enough.
