  I highly recommend DK Building (Liverpool) Ltd for their excellent work on our full house renovation. The entire team showed great professionalism, skill, and attention to detail. A special recommendation goes to Zibi, who carried out the kitchen and bathroom work. His workmanship was extremely precise, carefully finished, and always left the area clean. Truly perfect work. Bart was responsible for all gas work, which was completed to a very high standard, fully explained, and carried out safely and professionally. Marcin handled the electrical work, delivering everything accurately, efficiently, and in full compliance with requirements. Finally, many thanks to Daniel, the boss, for excellent organisation, clear communication, and overall project management. A trustworthy, hardworking team that delivers high-quality results. I would confidently recommend DK Building (Liverpool) Ltd to anyone planning a renovation.

  I used Daniel and one of his teams at DK Building to refurb a derelict house I'd bought at auction, into a deliberately basic but clean, dry, warm shared house (HMO), specifically to house homeless people. I've worked with many builders over the last 11 years and am happy to say that Daniel is one of the nicest and most straightforward builders I've had to deal with. He's scrupulously honest and has a genuine desire to do a quality job. Daniel is not the cheapest builder, but I've been burnt before by going for the cheapest quote, only to find shoddy work, cut corners, "extras" added on, and delay after delay. Now I have a policy of going for not the cheapest, but the best *value* builder. I have confidence that if I wanted a job done right, first time, on time, Daniel and his team would deliver, and that peace of mind has a lot of value to me that I'm prepared to pay the right price for. An honest day's work for an honest day's pay, as they say. I'll definitely be using Daniel again, and am happy to recommend him.

  We recently had a downstairs renovation completed by DK Building. This involved knocking through a wall, building a new utility room, new floor, blocking up a door, replacing radiators, and making a kitchen space ready for installers, as well as other numerous smaller jobs. Throughout the whole process, DK were always professional, punctual, and polite. The quality of their work is outstanding, and they were very flexible when it came to new jobs that came up during the build. For example, they raised our kitchen floor level so it is on the same level as the dining room floor, even though this was not part of the original spec. They also installed our kitchen worktops when the originals fell through and we had to make alternative arrangements. I have nothing but good things to say about them, and would not hesitate to recommend them. Special thank you's to Daniel and Richard for their fantastic project management, Marcin for his seamless electrical work, Berian for the smoothest plastering you'll ever see, Wes, Kamil and Bart for completing too many jobs to a very high level of quality to mention here, Zibi for doing the worktops (they look great!), Paul and Chris for doing the knockthrough and other work, and to Katy in the office for her excellent organisation and quick replies to emails. Thank you everyone!

  It’s taken us a while to get round to writing this review (we’ve now lived in our renovated kitchen-diner space for 18 months!) but we’re as happy now as we were when it was originally completed. From the initial consultation with Daniel we knew we were in safe hands. The work was completed in a timely fashion and we were kept well updated by Richard, our project manager who was always available to answer questions and offer advice. Every member of the team was lovely and work was completed to a really high standard. We’ve been chuffed with the outcome, and would absolutely use DK Building again in the future. Thanks also to Rose and Katy in the office!

  We had a great experience with the guys from DK. From the initial consultation with Daniel to the end of our re-build the members of the various teams (electrics, carpentry, plastering, central heating, fitting etc.) kept us updated with developments and involved us in the decision-making process. Overseeing everything was Richard, our site manager, who was always there to help with questions we had about the various stages of the build and to advise on what was best for us. After hand-over, and as we started to use the house again, Marcin was there to make sure any glitches we found were dealt with swiftly and professionally. Thanks too to Rose, Katy and Zaneta in the office who kept track of everything. We'd definitely recommend DK to anyone considering a home improvement project.
