  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Freddie from Switched On Electrical installed our Zaptec EV charger and the whole experience was brilliant from start to finish. Mark was super communicative throughout, explained everything clearly, and made the process really easy. The installation was fast, tidy, and completely hassle-free no mess at all. Great service, great job, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

  An unfixable (by us) power cut when you have 3 guests staying for a week is not great and our usual electrician was away so we looked these people up and Mark was able to juggle his staffs calendars and organise a next day inspection and day after, quite complex location of the issue and fix. I missed the persons name but he was very thorough, explained things well and job done. I'd use again no problem.

  Our car charger installation was handled brilliantly by Mark and the team. It was a complicated job due to the location of the charge point, which presented some challenges. They were determined and persistent in overcoming those challenges, and now we have our EV everything is working perfectly. Great job - highly recommended.

  We used Switched on Electrical after we lost power following a recent storm. They did a great job of identifying the problem quickly and getting our power back working within the hour. The electrician who came to our house was very courteous and considerate. Definitely recommend

  Was recommended Mark and his business to do my EICR. He was professional, efficient and accommodating. He was able to do it all at short notice and get the report back to me before my new tenants moved in. Price was as expected, I would 100% recommend.
