1If I could give 0 stars I would! Avoid at all costs!! I purchased the house last year and I’ve had non stop issues with this property and their customer service team!! In the past year I have had over 45 appointments raised by customer services!! First of all why do the builders/contractors use cheap materials and try to cut corners?! Secondly, how are these homes being passed by Lovells and conveyers? When contractors/Lovell have attended my property in Walsall, Lockside - why are they doing a quick fix job for them to have to return to do the same thing again and again? I raised that there is an issue with my front door back in February and this has still not been rectified! My en-suite paint is leaking which was raised in February however is still leaking paint on the walls! I raised that my front and back lawn was soo uneven to the point the Head of Customer Service and Quality came out to look at this and 5 months after first raising this in April it was actually taken seriously and re-layed! This was after numerous emails and complaints being sent to customer services. Not only this but the tiles for my en-suite issue has caused a lot of distress to me especially being called a liar by Sandy! So my tiles in the en-suite started to crack and these had to be replaced. Lovells however placed the shower head too low (lower than what it was before) therefore had to come out and change some tiles and adjust the shower head. I advised customer service I only had 2/3 tiles therefore more will need to be ordered and Sandy said that’s fine she will sort the tiles out and get some more sorted. When the contractor came out to the do this jobs, there were no tiles. I rang Sandy at customer service and she said she didn’t say she will sort this out and apparently I said I have a full box of tiles to use!! I went mad and told her team leader Brad to listen to the call. I now have this call in my possession and all I received was an apology for this matter! I’m sorry but you just accused me of lying and wasted yet another day where they were unable to carry out works! I’ve had over 45 confirmed appointments from customer service for issues in my property in the past year!! And all I got was an apology! What about me nearly losing my job for taking all this time off work for these appointments and my time wasted for these days? Why about the stress and anxiety caused by Lovells ignoring my emails, fobbing me off for months and some issues still not rectified and calling me a liar?! Just an apology is all I get!! Don’t bother with Lovells they are quick to sell the property but any issues - you got no chance! The Head of Customer Service and Quality is coming out again tomorrow but what will he really do? Just apologise and check what needs doing to pass on the works to contractors who cause more damage to my property! If this is not sorted tomorrow - I will be getting professional snagging surveyors and lawyers involved to compensate me for the stress/ anxiety/trauma/time losses this has caused me!!

1Very poor communication, complete no contact, sending from one to other to find answer, job not starting but only problems they made, checking others reviews I agree with 0 star for them, staff rude, they doing everything on last moment, forget things, they are in a hurry. Lovell MUST BE DISSOLVED DUE TO causing significant harm to groups such as customers and suppliers Please make complain to The Insolvency Service - Investigations and Enforcement Services

1My personal experience of this company's partnership is poor at best. They fail to deal with problems, they fail to turn up when they state they will carry out the work. The work they do eventually do is unbelievably poor. Even their liaison teams fail to communicate back with you....??? They even published incorrect contact numbers, again poor customer care. I am surprised that any organisation works in partnership with them including Citizen Coventry. I will now be contacting local council members to ask why this company has contracts given. So now given up but will be shouting very loudly about the poor service this company is and from the reviews I am not alone in this view.

1Rubbish customer services, snags galore, no care in the world once a house sale is completed. Have heard from a number of workers in the past that they literally do everything last minute on the day before the person gets the keys too. Insane

1Sadly no option for 0 stars. Customer Care is incredibly poor and openly admit to lying to customers to get them to buy! Still waiting for a call back, been waiting for two weeks and chasing every day but head of customer care just happens to be out of office
