5I almost went with someone else until I got a call from Johnathan. Offered me a very competitive price and gave me options and advice for a full solar, battery and heat pump setup, including upgrading my rads and a cylinder install. The work was done in a professional, timely manner, exactly as promised. I was consulted with option throughout the process and we are really happy with the results. Would definitely recommend.

5PART 1 OF 2 - UANDI Servicing Ltd - supplied & fitted Mitsubishi Ecodan R290 6kW Monobloc, wanted to be able to adjust temperatures (Hot Water & Heating). Process of selecting our ASHP started several months ago, we didn’t search the market just chose one company (with hindsight this was a big mistake). Survey completed, didn’t like proposed plan (Pump, plumping & cylinder locations). This turned out to be the cheapest quote, we wouldn’t have gone with this company as there customer service was below the standard required. Experienced severe communications problems with this market leading company. In the end cancelled order & commenced extensive research for a company to supply & fit our ASHP. Out of several contenders we chose UANDI Servicing Ltd. Multiple reasons, system elements could be fitted where we would like to have them placed, big bonus. Some companies made derogatory comments about their contenders, this is something we do not like, it is for customers to complete reviews with honest in-depth feedback. Our property - EPC prior to ASHP being fitted was A 98 - 3 bedroomed detached 89m2 bungalow, 6.21 kWh solar panel array, Fox ESS 16.4 kWh (now 20.7 kWh) battery storage charged at night cheap rate electricity, 5 kWh HYBRID Inverter. Several secondary heat sources, wood burning stove 5-7 kWh output in the lounge (mainly used during the winter months), blow-air fan heaters bathroom & ensuite up to 2 kWh output (mainly used again during winter months - usage once a-day 5-10 minutes), underfloor (electrical) heating kitchen & orangery (not used last winter 2025-26 turned it on during a cold spell bungalow was already warm enough - UFH not required). Survey - results not very good, our towel radiators dragged the overall Seasonal Coefficient of Performance (SCOP) down. Proposed SCOP is 3.43, so far since installation we are running at 5.44 (544% performance). Report does not have the ability to include secondary heat sources. In our case this limits the accuracy of the reports summary & recommendations. Report Water cylinder - temperature set at 53°C with a proposed ASHP flow of 55°C. Our current water temperature is set at 50°C, this is more than adequate for our usage. During the summer months we will reduce this setting to 40°C & 45°C or lower if a hot sunny day. Report System Comparison - current system fuel required 22,767 kWh (7.1 p/kWh) figured used costing £1,616pa, we actually used 11,746 kWh during 2025. Proposed system 7,265 kWh (23 p/kWh) costing £1,671pa. Suggested SCOP Reality - we have a 20.7 kW Fox ESS stacking solar battery, we charge this at night between 00:30 - 05:30 cheap rate electric (£0.065 p/kWh), actually takes 2-3 hours to fully charge & we also run bungalow on this cheap rate between these times & charge a hybrid (PHEW) vehicle. We continue to use this charging method during the summer. Start off the day with a full battery, schedules set on solar power system to feed-in to grid from battery between 12:00 - 19:00 & 21:00 - 22:00 (if sufficient battery energy available), since installation feeding into grid between 25-30 kWh per day. This results in a £3 to £3.60 daily credit to our electricity account (last year £450 credited to our account), we have also increased our battery capacity to 20.7 kWh. None of this energy efficiency is used for the property survey report. As you can see from our SCOP figures we are running at 5.44 (544% efficiency), 2.10 (210%) more efficient than the report suggests. I know this is a suggested yearly performance figure. However with our EPC rate A98 we anticipate a yearly SCOP between 4 & 4.5. This should translate to a reduction in our overall energy costs. System Mitsubishi Ecodan R290 6kW Monobloc - Started off with R32 than changed to the R290. Main reason able to adjust heating & water temperatures. R290 is bigger taking up more space. We have had ours fitted at rear of property on the patio, placed between main bathroom & single bedroom windows. Did lots of research Mitsubishi kept out in the top three ASHP’s.

5PART 2 OF 2 - Fits perfectly - pipes straight up the wall behind unit, up through soffits & into loft space, then down into airing cupboard (exactly where we wanted it to be). Most of the time its not operating (no demand). When it is on you can’t hear it even when stood next to it, certainly can’t hear it in the bathroom (even with window open) or bedroom. Sales pitch - Very knowledgeable sale representative (sales rep), accurate information, systems explained in full Mitsubishi R32 recommended. Survey completed during this initial appointment. One radiator change suggested, this would be reviewed by technical team (on review change not required) resulting in over £200 price reduction. Very positive appointment, really liked the pitch & the sales rep, no pushy sales tactics, no negative comments about other companies, honest & straight forward quote. Price quoted very very competitive. Plus the real big bonus everything was being fitted where we would like it to go. Post quote - reviewed options & decided would prefer the R290 - not a problem, advised it would cost approximately £260 more, agreed & confirmed order. Installation - Planned for about 4-weeks time. Week of order phone call Thursday, installation at a new build due Monday of the following week had just been delayed - property would not be ready. Would we be available for ours to be installed - YES. Fitting day - Plumber & his mate arrived 8-ish, very polite & respectful of our property. Stuff unpacked - plumbing work commenced, both working constantly. PM two electricians arrived, plumbers & electricians wanting to get into small (airing cupboard) space, in the end plumbers gave way & let electricians have the space. End result plumbers working past 6pm wouldn’t be finishing today. Plumber very honest it was getting late & he didn't want to make a mistake & would come back tomorrow to compete installation. They did & system was fully installed mid morning Tuesday 28th April 2026. Post Installation - All we can say is WOW what a system, it looks fabulous, all the pipe work & various system bits & pieces fitting into the small airing cupboard space - tight fit but its all there. Even left enough space for us to put a four level stacking unit to get our airing cupboard stuff back in there. System is working perfectly, we are not even heating our Hot Water Cylinder during our cheap rate. The system is that efficient & of course when it does heat up we it is using our stored electricity form our solar battery. Heats up fully around between 8 - 9am (after showers) then reheats (minimal usage less than a kWh) about 9 or 10 hours later, which lasts until we shower the following morning. Any Problems - Three minor issues rubbish placed in large box on driveway not taken away on the day, Commissioning booklet not completed to date (advised this gets done after DNO works completed by Nation Grid) & ensuite radiator not heating up Would we recommend this company - That’s a resounding YES - Scores out of 10. System: 10-10. Installation: 10-10 Company: 9-10 would have been a 10 except for communication issues sorting rubbish & Commissioning booklet not being completed (or reason why it wasn’t completed explained). Added extra - additional 4.23 kWh battery segment fitted at a very reasonable cost. New update 13/5/26 - Commissioning of system completed today, this was the plan, unfortunately customer didn't know. System checked & commissioned, paperwork issued. Radiator sorted (trapped air). After my issues with not knowing what was happening regarding Commissioning, new procedure implemented for future customers. Proves they also listen to customers & amend procedures very quickly. Can't really say more than that. If you want a ASHP system you need to seriously consider this company (UANDI), market leading equipment, well installed & fitted. You will get a top quality system from them. I have signed up for annual servicing with UANDI, look forward to a longterm relationship with them.

5We had our water cylinder moved by another company. After install it started making noises whenever we called for hot water. Eventually this became a warranty job and U&I were dispatched to help. I wasn’t home but my wife described Evan as “the nicest tradesmen she’s ever dealt with” Not only was he nice but he took one look at the install and immediately diagnosed and fixed the problem. Thanks Evan

5Unlike a lot of other solar Installs Jonathan does come out to see you and listens to what you want and then tailors what you want to what is a realistic application for your house. You get no constant phone calls pressuring you or asking if you’ve made your decision like you do from various other solar companies that I had round. The job is tidy, no snagging. The whole experience was very easy and hassle free. I would highly recommend you get Jonathan round if you feel that solve something for you
