  Excellent plumbers - changed over 7 radiators for us , installed Hive system and added smart valves to radiators. Very knowledgeable - especially James. One of the very few trades companies we've used where they also remove all waste off site. Recommended.

  I called JTM because during the night one of the pipes to my downstairs toilet had burst. We need 2 toilets because I'm undergoing treatment for bowel cancer and I was really concerned it would be days before the work could be done. Jon recognised the importance of the work immediately and sent one of his engineers within a few hours of me calling. The engineer was brilliant. He listened to my diagnosis of the problem and knew what was needed straight away. His work was tidy, clean and effective and we were back up and running within a couple of hours despite the need to take up the floor. I was so relieved and immensely grateful he could do the work straight away and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend JTM to anyone. Well done to the team and sincere thanks for their help and support.
