    I came home from a work trip to a huge gas leak, and Matt was able to visit first thing in the morning to trace the problem and fix it. Super quick, great communication and nice to deal with - thanks again.

    I love the Ry Group. Have used them for many years - always a competitive price and quick service. Most importantly the phone callers are technically knowledgeable too, so they can advise you which engineer or what you might need on the phone first.

    Want to say a massive thank you to Robert L. from Ry Group. Had a boiler repaired and serviced by him and he was absolutely brilliant. Despite some incredibly challenging obstacles, Robert persevered where I'm sure others would have given up. He was so knowledgeable, clear, honest and generous. I can't thank him enough for sorting out what was a massively tough job. His timekeeping and professionalism were also tremendous and a job well done. He is a credit to the company. Actually, everyone I've spoken to at Ry Group have been so excellent. I would highly recommended using them and we will again.

    It cost less than the quotes I received elsewhere, and the engineer was highly skilled, navigating a couple of issues with ease. Overall, I was very pleased with the result.

    Through Checkatrade, we got Ry Group to repair a broken kitchen tap and replace all our bathroom taps. Their operative, Lewis, did a brilliant job in trying circumstances: the taps on our bathtub had been in place for more than fifty years, and weren’t going anywhere without a struggle! Lewis remained calm, friendly and professional throughout, and now we have lovely new taps that always do as they’re told. We would definitely use Ry Group again – highly recommended.

    This is the second time that I have used the RY group and once again I was not disappointed. I had to replace my Central heating boiler and on my initial contact with Dan G to ask for a quote I received exceptional service and all my questions and concerns were answered honestly and professionally. The installation was booked in within 2 days from my call and this was due to the weekend getting in the way. On the day of the installation I received a text to let me know the engineer Dan S was on his way. On the arrival of Dan he was very welcoming and thought out the whole time he was at my property he was professional and is clearly very proud of his profession as his work is of the highest standard. Dan S & Dan G are both assets to the RY group and I would highly recommend to others to you use the company you will not be disappointed. Thank you for a brilliant experience.

    I’m an existing customer who had an issue with their 5 year old boiler not working at 7am. I called the 24 hour line and got talked through some troubleshooting steps which got it back up and running without the need for a call out. Can’t ask for better service than that.
