  They are clearly a quality business. I found the prices to be reasonable. They are easy to contact on the phone as well. We don't get that much these days! The engineer turned up on the planned day. He was really good and clearly cared about his work. All work completed quickly and to a good standard. I would fully recommend them.

  We had Solar PV panels and a Hanchu battery storage system installed by Home Energy Group, and we are really pleased with the result. The team explained how the solar panels and battery work together, including how excess solar energy can be stored for use later in the day. The whole process was well organised, from the quote to the installation. The team were friendly, knowledgeable and professional throughout.   Allick did a full survey for us. He did a thorough and fantastic job. Clear communication and they were very quick to come out and see us. We didn't have any issues in the end but it provided us with reassurance and the survey was free! Would recommend

  **Excellent service for our home battery installation** We had a really positive experience from start to finish. The team was responsive and professional throughout the initial enquiry, quoting process, and scheduling. Everything was clearly explained and well-organized. The installation itself went ahead as planned, with only a couple of minor hiccups—some parts weren’t immediately available, so the engineers had to make quick trips to Screwfix or return to base. This extended the installation to three days, but it was handled smoothly. The engineers were fantastic: polite, courteous, and kept us informed every step of the way. Once everything was up and running, they took the time to walk us through the associated management app, showing us how to monitor and control the system. Their communication and attention to detail made the whole process stress-free. We’re very happy with the final result and would definitely recommend them to anyone considering a home battery system.
