  Arranging a call was easy, the team scheduling were friendly. The plumber arrived on time, always a good sign, did what was required and left the area tidy. I will be more than happy to use them again.

  The engineers arrived at the scheduled time to install a new air conditioning system. The work was carried out very professionally and the engineers were very friendly and polite. On completion of the work everything was tried and tested and the operating instructions explained. I would not hesitate in recommending Brookhouse Gas to anyone. Thank you for a job well done.

  I have only been in my house 9 months so when the letter came reminding us about the boiler needing a service I rang them straight away. The lady on the phone was really nice and helpful.The guy that came to service the boiler was very polite and friendly. He got on with his job and didn't mind my toddler twins going to him and talking to him. He came about 10 minutes early but that was fine because I made sure we were home.
