  I first saw this company on Facebook, so was slightly nervous, but I am so glad that I got a quote. I had tried several companies up to then. They were a total find and a real pleasure to deal with, from beginning to end. Their customer service is second to none. Mark was absolutely fantastic and designed me a first class system, that I am really happy with. Jack and the other installers were great too and if there were any problems, they sorted them out. Five star company no question, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend to others, thank you guys.

  Mark and team have installed a large capacity battery system along with solar panels in our house in London. The project work was complex and demanding. They have executed the job flawlessly and with minimum damage to the interiors. They stuck to their commitments and delivered exactly as they promised. Their after sales service was outstanding. I could not recommend Infinite Energy more highly. You will not go wrong with your choice

  Ultimately, we went with Infinite Energy because they are, quite simply, a lovely bunch! The rest of the process only solidified this decision. Right from the start, Infinite Energy have been exquisite to work with. Crucially, they were the ONLY solar firm (and we were quoted by 7 different providers) to come out to our home and meet us; walk around; take a look at the install site; have a discussion about our wants/needs and talk about feasibility. This immediately left a good impression that lasted throughout, and after, the solar install. Throughout the rest of the process, the team have been communicative, quick to respond and their workmanship has been second-to-none. They tailored the install to our needs; considered our availability; and even overstretched themselves to cater to other requirements of our install (such as a new domestic fusebox being desired; sorting scaffolding; and helping us find a contractor to replace our aging guttering and fascias/soffits). For all of this, the pricing of the job fell squarely in the middle of our various quotes - some quotes were absurdly cheap and felt like a rip off, whilst others were ludicrously expensive and, again, felt like a big company attempting to pull the wool over our eyes. Infinite Energy offer honest pricing, for honest, quality and reliable work! From initial enquiry contact to final install, the whole process took only 7 weeks - an absolutely incredible pace of turnaround! Especially as other quotes had a lead time of 12+ weeks. As for the final product, we couldn't be more thrilled! The install was tidy; the batteries and panels look smart on our home, and everything worked right off the bat. All in, you're paying for quality work from quality people. As mentioned at the start, we went with Infinite Energy because they were nice and they continuously proved our decision to be the right one! We're big proponents of supporting local businesses and building local networks, and we have since recommended Infinite Energy to any friends and family who have mentioned solar to us.

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had solar panels and battery storage installed at both my home and gym by Infinite Energy, and I honestly couldn’t be happier with the whole experience. From the very beginning, Tom Foster was fantastic. He guided me through every stage of the process and made everything straightforward and easy to understand. He took the time to design a system that not only fitted within my budget, but also delivered the most efficient setup possible for my needs. Tom went above and beyond by helping me set up all of the apps, explaining how everything worked, and even assisting me with changing my energy supplier tariff so I could get the maximum benefit and savings from the system. The installation itself was smooth, professional and completed to a very high standard. It’s rare to find a company that offers such excellent customer service from start to finish, and Tom’s knowledge, patience and attention to detail really stood out. I would highly recommend Infinite Energy to anyone considering solar panels and battery storage.

  Excellent service from quote to installation and after sales service. These guys really know what they are doing; and willing to go the extra distance to make sure the customer is fully satisfied.The produced aerial shots in the promotional video show their neat installation.   From start to finish, the experience with Infinite Energy was excellent. Tom was fantastic to work with, knowledgeable, approachable, and clearly passionate about getting the right solution in place rather than just selling a system. The recommendation for our solar and battery setup was spot on and really well thought through for our home and energy usage.   I had been considering solar energy for quite some time and, during that process, I spoke with and evaluated several different suppliers.   I had spent a lot of time researching what I needed as a system to meet what I wanted to achieve and who would be best to provide it. I settled on Infinite and was not disappointed. Tom listened to what I wanted. He provided good advice and supplied the system that I wanted at a competitive price. The installation team were excellent. They installed the 16 panels and battery in one day. As a retired electrician I was interested in the quality of the workmanship. I was not disappointed the work was carried out very professionally. I would not hesitate to recommend Tom and his team to provide a solar system.
