  Following a recommendation for IMS Heat Pumps, we have had a great experience with them. The design & quote for our heat pump went very smoothly, with all our requests taken into consideration, nothing was too difficult to be done. The installers Christian, Bill and their team were very efficient & friendly and did an excellent, neat job. We had a small issue which the team responded to very quickly and sorted out effectively, giving peace of mind. We're very happy we went with IMS.

  Excellent firm. They have been in this business for a very long time and they know what they are doing. Customer service is brilliant - they looked after our old heat pump for years and when it finally reached the end of its life (after 18 years) they bent over backwards to get us a new one installed in time for Christmas. Back office team is hugely efficient, always get a quick response. Engineers are highly knowledgeable, very considerate and polite, and clearly take a pride in their work. I recommend IMS very highly indeed.

  I had high hopes but it's been terrible. ASHP constantly has water flow errors and stops working. IMS recommended water compensation setting even though thermostat needs internet (fails if no internet, why?!). Their communications is also terrible, phones not picked up, voicemail not replied, emails unanswered. 3 months since switched on and nothing's improved.

We understand how frustrating it is when a system isn’t performing as it should, particularly in a new home. To help move this forward, I can confirm that Luke, our installations manager, will contact you on Monday, when he returns from leave, to discuss the issues you’ve raised and the best way to resolve them. At present, some diagnostics are limited until the system controller is fully online, but once this is in place we’ll be able to review performance data properly and take appropriate action.   Very neat and tidy installation with no issues. Brad worked well with my builder and the other tradesman to make sure the heat pump and UFH were all fitted and working well.

  Lewis from IMS very quickly identified the problem and solved it, including liaising with head office to make sure they were aware of what had been found. Friendly, tidy and polite. Will use again when the service is due.

  Very professional company who gave friendly patient service throughout a long refurbishment project with long delays. Luke and then David gave lots of helpful advice. Excellent communication and very efficient installation process with tidy workings.

  We have had a long journey with IMS to choose and have installed a Valliant heat pump to our new build. They have been great to work with, all questions, no matter how trivial, have been patiently and professionally answered. Their response times have been brilliant. Dave has visited to tweak the settings now that we have been living with them for a couple of weeks. He explained everything in layman’s terms ensuring we had understood. Dave’s friendly and knowledgeable approach has given us confidence to achieve the right settings for our home with the assurance that ongoing support is only a phone call away.

  Fantastic service from start to finish Very prompt service from Lee who did the design & quote for our heat pump. Had good communication with Charlotte who coordinated the ordering and delivery of all our equipment. We were very satisfied with our installers Ben and Charlie who were very efficient & polite young men who did everything that we asked with no problem! We would definitely recommend!!!
