  Carwyn and his team renovated 2 full bathrooms and 1 WC for us and we couldn’t be happier with their services. Their workmanship was excellent and finished the project within the estimated timeline. They were always reliable and went above and beyond to ensure all the fixtures and fittings we’d chosen were suitable for the space and communicated clearly at every step. Carwyn has also fitted a new hot water tank and other various plumbing jobs, all completed quickly and efficiently. We would not hesitate to recommend their services!

  Absolutely fantastic service from Carwyn and his team at Snug Services. I managed to secure an appointment the very next day after reporting an issue, which was hugely appreciated. They did an amazing job replacing my broken boiler — the work was carried out professionally and to a very high standard. Carwyn was polite, friendly, knowledgeable, and left everything clean and tidy afterwards. What impressed me most was the price. Snug Services quoted me less than half of what British Gas quoted for the exact same quality and amount of work. Outstanding value without compromising on service or workmanship.   I had a fantastic experience with this boiler repair service. He came out the very same day I called, which was a huge relief, and carried out all the work to an exceptionally high standard. He took the time to explain everything step by step so I fully understood what was being done, which I really appreciated. On top of that, he was genuinely kind, professional, and respectful of my home — leaving everything clean and tidy once the job was finished. It’s not often you find someone so reliable and thorough.   Brilliant service! From quote to visit and fix everything happened quick and seamlessly! An issue preventing our boiler from working optimally was detected which was skipped by other companies doing yearly servicing. It shows the checks were very thoughtful
