  Had work done this week by Smarter Energy Uk. They arrived on time and didn't mess about, they got straight to work. All the lads were very efficient and seemed to know exactly what they were doing. Extremely friendly and polite. The work has been done to a very good standard. They were respectful of my house and careful to ensure they didn't damage anything. When the jobs were completed they left my property tidy and clean. Would definitely recommend!

  Done a reasonably good job however they fitted some storage area with the loft insulation with is dangerous as it doesn’t fit all the things up there. Now I’m just being fobbed off and what makes it frustrating is that I was told they’re just very busy at the moment but will be calling me in the next couple of weeks to get it sorted as it’s been agreed they will. If it doesn’t get sorted soon I’ll have no choice but to report the unsafe loft work to trading standards/ the ombudsman which id hate to do as I understand they’re very busy.
