  Excellent service from Steve Bashford.Went the extra mile for a really old boiler.Much appreciated.Hope you have other engineers who put the customer first without trying to flog new boilers.His attitude was if it ain't broke don't fix it.Love that response & will use them again.No question.

  Fantastic service. Steve was able to find the problem with my boiler, ordered a new valve and fixed it. It's an old boiler and I suspect someone less experienced who had not worked on that model before would have given up and told me to get a new boiler. 100% recommended, really happy.

  Boiler replacement went really well. Felix coordinated everything. Everyone turned up on time and were really professional in their work and friendly. Felix found water in the oil tank and sorted it's removal.

  The service I have received from this company has been excellent from start to finish. From Darren, the owner to Alison in the office to the James, the engineer who installed my new boiler, they were all polite, friendly and efficient. I was not the easiest of customers, changing my mind on things and probably being a bit of a pain but Alison couldn't have been more polite and understanding. I would not hesitate in recommending them to my friends and family!

  Fantastic company, would highly recommend! After attempting to repair my old boiler and finding it was actually beyond rescue, Village Heating very quickly organised a visit for a quote and then fitting of a brand new boiler within 10 days. Jamie, their engineer, was great, he worked carefully and respectfully in my home and created the neatest pipework I've ever seen! I couldn't believe how much work he did in one day; the electrician was booked ready for the second day and it was all done in no time at all. The ladies in the office were very easy to talk to as well, they actually told me I had an immersion heater, which was great news when I thought I had no hot water!! A new boiler installation can be a daunting prospect, but the team at Village Heating made it easier than I had expected. Thank you!

  VH put up our solar panels. Planning, installation and after care was superb. We can thoroughly recommend VH. They even arranged the scaffolding company who were very professional and quick.
