  All Plumbing Services (APS Newbury) service our combi boiler annually. The engineer completed the service efficiently. Our problem was with the remote WiFi thermostatic control system which had a mind of its own, completely ignoring our schedule. The engineer agreed with us that the Hive system was the way forward. The relevant part was purchased and we contacted APS for an appointment to install it. This was done on the same day! The same engineer came, fitted and explained the new system. Fourteen days later no problems at all. The customer service is second to none, always courteous and efficient. Very much on the ball! The engineers are knowledgeable and polite. APS is to be commended and recommended!

  I can’t say enough good things about APS. I’ve had occasion to need their services numerous times. They are prompt, courteous, knowledgeable, and have had some creative solutions to solve my plumbing problems. I highly recommend them and will plan to use them again for future needs.

  APS removed our oil tank and boiler and replaced with a new gas boiler. The quoting process was straightforward and very quick. The works were performed to a high standard and the team were very professional and hard working. It was a pleasure to have them in the house. Thank you Ben, Flyin' Ryan, Steve and the wider APS team for helping us complete this project

  Steve came to clear my blocked sewer, which I had already tried to clear using sewer rods. He arrived on time, was very friendly, immediately got to work and fixed the problem quickly. A shared cup of tea and some practical plumbing advice and he was off. All within the hour. Good friendly service and money well spent.

  Steve is a legend. I called him in for a very basic job and not only did he complete it in lightning speed to ensure a lower cost but was polite, clean working and kept me informed of what he was doing. Great worker and even nicer bloke. Highly recommend.
