5I've just had solar panels, a Sigenergy gateway, battery system and EV charger installed by Warmer Energy. Every person I dealt with from the business was polite, helpful and competent and the pricing is very competitive. I asked a lot of technical questions in my initial enquiry which were answered promptly and well. The installation and commissioning took 1 day and was to a high standard which I am more than happy with, and I now have a great system installed saving me money on my energy bills.

5Solar panels and storage battery installation. Overall, very satisfied. I would highly recommend this company. The process right from the start was quite efficient and pleasant. Initial quote provided by Hugh promptly, via email, unlike most other companies which will annoy the customer with repeated and unnecessary phone calls. This was followed by a survey to asses our home requirements. The surveyors (Sam and Tom) were very nice and knowledgeable, they were able to answer all our questions effectively. Installation was delayed, due to equipment taking longer than expected to clear customs; at this stage there was some lack of communication by admin staff, we had to contact the company for clarification. But, we were rewarded by a very welcome upgrade to the latest battery technology, at no change to the price. Organisation and time management of the installation process was excellent. The scaffolders arrived on time and were very good and quick. Then the electricians team arrived the following day lead by Tom. For the most part, performance was excellent. A team of a few young men arrived first in the morning, they clearly had very limited experience in the technology being installed. They also rushed to make a few drill holes in the wall/ patio which were unnecessary, but when Tom arrived a bit later he was able to put everything right and the installation went smoothly. The roofers arrived later on the same day to install the solar panels and the whole job was finished in one day. The scaffolders came back a couple of days later and took the scaffolding down in no time! All in all, a well orchestrated effort, with wich we are very pleased . Suggestion - the group of young electricians could do with some more training, particularly with regads to new tech. I am sure they have a brilliant future ahead...

1I have tried to contact Warmer but put on hold for 15 minutes when a message comes on too say leave your name and phone number with a message I have done that quite a few times and no reply, I am sitting in a very cold house with very high electric bill I have complained on numerous occasions but no one wants to address the situation, I have found that warmer do not communicate very well at all I would love someone to respond so I can get this resolved .

3Pleasant sales and installation staff, including the scaffolders. Got the system that I wanted following lots of exploration of available options. Unfortunately a bit of an admin nightmare - wrong MSC certificate provided, still no electrical certificate nearly 4 months later, export MPAN generated for wrong address so still unable to get an export tariff after countless emails with my electricity supplier. No response to my emails from Warmer Energy Solutions themselves
