  I can honestly say Actismart have been great to deal with from start to finish. From the very first contact, their communication was clear, timely and genuinely reassuring. Every step of the process was explained in a way that made the whole installation feel smooth and stress‑free. We had confidence in the team right from the initial survey. The guys arrived exactly when they said they would, were consistently polite and professional to us and our neighbours. The whole team took a pride in their work. Overall all pieces of the jigsaw came together well for us and the service just feels joined‑up. Everyone from Jamie in the Office to the contractors on site seem genuinely committed to offering a great service. We’re absolutely delighted with both the system and installers chosen. Highly recommended.

  Im very pleased with the installation carried out by the team from Actismart. The work took about 5-6 hours. and went smoothly. The whole group were respectful of working in my house and I was consulted on a couple of points during the work in progress.   We have just had our solar panels installed and from the start of the process ActiSmart have been outstanding! Josh came to visit us and went through our quote and answered all our questions, very courteous, honest and informative. The installers and electricians were superb !!! Very clean and tidy, knowledgeable and an absolute credit to the company - great bunch of lads !! All done in just over a day. Really happy so far and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend ActiSmart to anyone. We did get quotes off other suppliers. ActiSmart weren’t the cheapest but have given us confidence and we really liked their approach and ethic. Absolutely 5⭐️

  Have had a recent install from Actismart. The initial contact and presentation of matching the system requirements to my usage and site survey were conducted by Will. Thoroughly professional in assessing needs and building a system to match. Absolutely no pressure to purchase but filled me with complete confidence with system and their abilities to be the Solar company for me.The installation team arrived on day in good time and presented themselves professionally and courteous and respectful for my property.They were happy for me to throw questions there way and seemed more than happy to explain their processes.Nathan/Connor and Jake completed the install . All actions were done as they stated and I marvelled at the cable routing and had to comment on the cleat spacing done by Connor. Shows the utmost attention to detail. Jay attended site and offered advice and recommendations where potential obstacles were encountered but nothing more than trivial for my install. Not to forget Jamie who arranged scaffolding install/ de install and has been at the end of phone for queries or follow ups . Totally professional/ friendly outfit. Great bunch who complete a 5 star install. Thoroughly recommend.

  The whole experience from start to finish was really professional. Everyone in the team were really pleasant and polite. I was pleased with the payment process as it was done in stages so I never had any concerns. I picked Actismart to install my panels with just the reviews to go on as I didn't know anybody that had panels installed. So if you're looking for someone I can't rate these guys high enough.
