  From the start Swift were efficient but measured with their response to my enquiry. None of the pressure-selling that I had experienced before, just information and options that allowed us to decide the best solution for us. All our queries were answered (which demanded a lot of patience), with the relevant facts and, where there were none....no guess work, just honest reporting of the estimates. Once decided we were pleasantly shocked by the install date we were offered which was "next week"! Everybody turned up on time on the day in question, discussed the wiring options with me until I was satisfied and, with the exception of a late panel delivery, completed on schedule. They even re-sited the battery to optimise how it looked on the side of our house. Although I was not concerned about the couple of days delay, I received an apology and a panel upgrade by way of compensation. All is up and running now and I'm still not bored of watching the app telling me how much I am earning back from the grid. I calculate that at this rate the payback period of 6.5 years is likely to be significantly shorter. We'll see ! Thank you Simon and all at Swift, GREAT JOB ..... HIGHLY RECOMMENDED !
