  Called Next Gen regarding an issue I had with my boiler. Calvin came out the next day, very prompt very sufficient, had the job done in know time. Excellent service couldn’t fault from start to finish. Would recommend Next Gen and Calvin, for boiler services. Calvin was a credit to the company.

  Excellent service from Calvin at Next Gen Boilers Ltd. Builders discovered a gas leak late morning and after a quick call to Calvin he appreciated the urgency to rectify the issue as work had to halt. Calvin booked me in as soon as he could which was the end of the day meaning a late one for him. Turned up on time as agreed, cut back and capped off the pipe. Great job Builders can now crack on tomorrow. Thanks to Calvin for getting this sorted so quickly for me

  I was experiencing issues with my boiler and contacted Next Gen. They attended within 24 hours and advised that my existing boiler was no longer suitable for my needs.A new boiler was installed 2 days after,The service was excellent from start to finish, with a highly efficient engineer and very friendly, professional customer service.

  Great company for new boilers, booked a new boiler to be fitted on the date i was available and I got a email 20 mins later with a confirmation, they turned up on the day and completed all in one day. Very tidy, professional and fairly priced aswell. Already recommended to friends and family ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
