  We contacted Masper after suddenly losing electricity on the first floor of our house and having no idea what was causing the problem. Their engineer quickly identified the issue and found that several electrical circuits had been damaged by birds entering through the bathroom ventilation outlets. The cause was spotted straight away, which gave us a lot of confidence in their experience. Masper carefully cut the ceiling where needed, repaired all the damaged electrical circuits, replaced the ventilation pipework, and installed new proper metal external outlet grilles with metal mesh to prevent parakeets or any other birds from entering again through the vents. They solved a problem we would never have found ourselves. This was not the first time we used Masper. We had previously used them for other electrical works, including a fuse board replacement to comply with current building regulations, and also at another property for a boiler replacement and servicing. On every occasion, their work has been professional, well organised, and completed to a very good standard. What really stood out was that after opening up ceilings and walls to carry out the repairs, they also made good all the damaged areas properly. Everything was left looking as though nothing had happened. The property was left super clean, tidy, and in very good order. We are very happy with the service and would definitely use Masper again. It is rare to find a company that can handle electrical repairs, fault finding, fuse board upgrades, ventilation remedial works, boiler replacement, and servicing with such confidence and professionalism. Highly recommended!

  We recently had Masper install a Daikin Multi+ air conditioning system with hot water cylinder at our property, replacing our old boiler and giving us heating, cooling, and hot water from one system. After one month of testing, I can honestly say the system works really well and has made a huge difference to the house. The ability to control everything easily from the phone app is a big advantage and makes daily use very simple. We also asked them to make our bathroom towel rail smart-controlled by phone, and to add another heated towel rail for drying shoes, also controlled from the phone. They installed Shelly devices for this, and it has genuinely made life easier. The team clearly has excellent technical knowledge and skills, they explained everything properly, and most importantly, they not only did exactly what they promised, but they over-delivered. We are very happy with the installation and would highly recommend Masper to anyone looking for Daikin air conditioning, heating, hot water, and smart home control solutions. The team was professional and very friendly, they were so time efficient and kept a spotless working environment, cleaning up after themselves. Masper has truly enhanced our home to the point we have asked them back to do additional works rebuilding the decking in our garden and constructing custom planters.

  Excellent job by Masper. They have replaced the wiring and connectors between the floors of our house. They opened up the panels, fixed everything and then closed all the openings and repainted everything so I would never have guessed where the job was done. They also fixed my boiler by replacing a pump affected by electrical issues. All done fast and with a great quality
