  Having thought around a solar installation for a while, and researched a little (with limited knowledge) I chose EnergyWin based on positive feedback and then an open and interesting discussion with Tony at our initial meeting. Our install has been up and running for 3 weeks now and we are delighted with the results so far. The support and communication throughout has been great. The team that installed did a great job installing all within 4/5 hours. They made sure everything was up and running as it should before leaving and the support post installation to check all is as it should be and assist with getting the right tariffs set etc from Andy, Lucy and the team has been spot on.   We found Andy to be very knowledgeable and extremely polite and courteous, when he came out to give us a quote. Andy explained everything in detail and answered any questions we asked. No pressure from him at all. They two lads who done installation where extremely good at their job and very friendly and respectful and very tidy. I then spoke to another Andy who is the manager, again he was very polite and courteous The whole team are respectful and very helpful. I would certainly recommend Energywin to anyone thinking about solar panels being installed

  My husband and I contacted Andy to arrange a visit to discuss the possibility of having solar panels and a battery installed at our property. EnergyWinUK was one of 3 companies we consulted and we had by far the most concise and easy to understand information delivered by Andy. When Andy explained that even though we have quite a few mature trees at our property, it was still possible to install panels split between 2 roofs. Other enquiries had shut down any possibility of solar panels on our property purely based on looking at a Google Map photo without coming out to do an onsite visit. We are so relieved to have met Andy and we have absolutely no hesitation in recommending him to anyone thinking about going down this route. His knowledge is immense and the service the company offers is very comprehensive. The installation was seamless and his team were friendly, polite and diligent.   After looking at a few options we decided to go with Energywin and we're so glad we did! Right from the beginning survey process all the way through to after care has been absolutely brilliant. Andy and the team are always more then happy to help out with any questions. The install wasn't the easiest since we're in a terraced house and the only access is through the house, but they still managed to find a way to make it work. I would 100% recommend Energywin.

  It is almost a year now since our system was installed, and we wish we had done it sooner! Andy and the team made the process into a turn key operation, all systems and permits sorted, energy supplier changed to recommended company, scaffolding, roofing work and electrical work all completed smoothly. I did have one slight issue when BT changed our land line to full fibre, needing a new router. I called Andy for the admin password for the inverter and all sorted with a simple text!

  We had solar panels and a battery installed just before Christmas. The support we have had from Andy & Andrew and all their team has been superb. We were completely clueless when we started the process but now feel confident. Even during the dull winter days, we have hardly used energy from the grid and love to see the battery fill during the day for us to use later. We,ve just signed up to export the excess energy and looking forward to seeing the additional savings. Thanks so much to you all.

  We are very impressed with the speed and quality of the installation by Andy and his team. The system has been working faultlessly for the last couple of months and we are already seeing the benefits in reduced electricity bills and backup supply during a local power cut.

  Tony Chatwin was professional, helpful and patient with his solar panel explanation. It was explained well. Follow up calls with Andy at Head Office were prompt and very useful. Only slight niggle was fitters, although good and prompt, were somewhat poor at tidying up .
