  I was looking for a company to service my LPG Boiler, I phoned Margarson on 24th November 2022 to make an appointment the lady who answered the phone said they were very busy leading up to Christmas but she would make out a job sheet and I would get a call in January 2023. 3rd of February 2023 still no call, so I phoned them again I spoke to a lady and explained what I had done, she didn't seem bothered that no one had called me back and said she had found the job sheet but it wasn't her writing and if I wanted the boiler serviced I would have to now wait until March . Now I have to find yet another company to do the work.

  Engineer came but did no work and said I needed parts ordered before any work could be carried out. I then rung 3 times over a 3 week period asking for a price, which they could not give. I cancelled and then received a bill for £65, saying they had serviced,and fitted new gaskets when no work was carried out! Called them and they said they would look into and call me back. A week later no phone call, again I called. They did admit it was in error and they would send out a nil invoice- still waiting!

  We had a breakdown and they came at 8:30 the next morning. They were friendly, proffesional and explained the problem. We will most certainly use them and would recommend them without hesitation.
